Research Interests


My current research area is graph theory, in particular, graph minors. Besides, I also have an interest in matroid theory and geometry.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE


  • Fall 2015 Teacher of Record for College Algebra (Math 1021) Louisiana State University I was responsible for the lectures and working as a tutor in the Math Lab. All examinations were done through the MyMathLab software.

  • Summer 2015 Teacher of Record for Calculus I (Math 1550) Louisiana State University This is a five hour Calculus course. I am responsible for all aspects of the course.

  • Spring 2015 Teacher of Record for Calculus II (Math 1552) Louisiana State University This is a four hour Calculus course. I was responsible for all aspects of the course.

  • Fall 2014 Teacher of Record for Calculus I (Math 1550) Louisiana State University Summer 2014 Tutor for the Pleasant Hall R2R Math Lab Louisiana State University I helped students in a variety of courses complete work on computer-based assignments, using Pearson MyMathLab software. Subjects taught include College Algebra, Plane Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus.

    • Assistant Lab Manager for the Pleasant Hall R2R Math Lab Louisiana State University I tutored College Algebra, Plane Trigonometry, and Pre-Calculus, oversaw the undergraduate tutors in the Math Lab, sent nightly reports to instructors concerning their students' progress, and made sure everything ran smoothly in the two R2R Math Labs which together housed over 250 students.

  • 2006 - 2009 Mathematics Teacher English Program at Samsen Wittayalai School, Bangkok, Thailand I prepared the lesson plan and taught 7th and 8th grades Mathematics. I wrote two 12th grade Mathematics topics for the program, Graph Theory and Complex Numbers.

  • 2005 - 2006 Mathematics Tutor One2One Center (Sakamoto Method), Bangkok, Thailand I was trained the Sakamoto method and sent to Assumption College Samutprakarn as a mathematics tutor.

  • 2003 Presenter, “Open House” at Faculty of Science, Mahidol University I presented on the topic “On the Mathematics of Paper Folding” and demonstrated the folding step of my crease-pattern models.

  • 2002 Activities Coordinator, “Science Camp” at Mahidol University I developed the activities program for the camp.

  • 2001 Coordinator, “Science Camp” at Mahidol University I visited schools in Bangkok to promote the camp.
