ANNOUNCING STUDENTS
ELIGIBLE TO TRANSFER TO CURTIN UNIVERSITY, PENDING REQUIRED ENGLISH SCORE.
The following students are qualified to transfer to
Curtin University, provided they accomplish the followings.
PLEASE
READ CAREFULLY.
a)
Fulfill the
English requirement made by Curtin University, namely an IELTS score no less
than 6.0, or the equivalence of 550 TOEFL score (paper based). THE TEST
RESULT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO PROF. YONGWIMON LENBURY BY JANUARY 27, 2012.
b)
Complete all
course works which are to be taken at Mahidol
University, which include general education courses, core and required courses,
and elective courses. If a student fails to take any of these courses before
making the trip, the student will have to take them after they return from
Curtin University, which will mean they will take longer to graduate than their
classmates. This will require permission from the Chair of the Programme Committee.
c)
In the courses
related to Mathematics and Statistics taken in Semester 2, 2011-2012, the
students have to perform no worse than a C+ on the average. A
performance worse than C+ in the second semester needs further
consideration by the Programme Committee.
