Research Interests

  • My research focuses on mathematical modeling of infectious diseases. I am particularly interested in the dynamics of malaria, antibiotic-resistant bacteria, influenza, and livestock diseases.

Much of my work concerns vaccination, host movements, seasonality, and population dynamics.
