Announcing student acceptance to the BSc. Programme in Actuarial Science, 2012-2013.
The list of applicants accepted for the first semester 2012-2013 may be seen HERE. This acceptance is conditional on each student’s supplying us with the complete official transcript and evidence of high school completion by July 2, 2012.
Confirmation and Payment
During official working hours of the period 2-8 May, 2012, each of the accepted students (or the parent) has to confirm their intention to enter the Bachelor of Science Programme in Actuarial Science, beginning the first semester, 2012, by carrying out the following at the Faculty of Science, Mahidol University, Rama 6 road.
- Pay, by a cashier check made payable to Mahidol University, the registration fee of the amount 49,900.00 Baht for the first semester of study in the programme. The detailed listing of the amount can be seen HERE. The payment is to be made at the Science Faculty’s Financial Office, in the K Building, Room # 108.
- Submit a completed and signed CONFIRMATION FORM, together with a Xerox copy of the evidence of payment received by the Financial Office, for the confirmation amount of 49,900.00 Baht, to the Department of Mathematics.
- Receive programme documents from the Department of Mathematics, and an acceptance letter from the Department Chair.
