Oral Presentation: The total time for each presentation is 15 minutes including approximately 12 minutes for your presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers.  We provide the LCD projector with a laptop computer operating with Microsoft Windows 7. There will be Microsoft Powerpoint, Impress for OpenDocument and Acrobat reader for an oral presentation materials. Laser pointer is also provided. Please be noted that the presenter is expected to give the presentation file(s) before the starting of the session. The schedule of oral presentations will be informed later.

2.) Poster Presentation: Presenter can mount his/her poster at the poster room starting from the evening of November 14, 2012. Presenter is also expected to be at his/her poster(s) to present and discuss the contents with the interested attendees (please see the conference program). The poster can be kept in the poster room for the whole conference, if preferred, or unmount after your poster presentation.

The poster is expected to be in the standard iso size of A0 (1189 x 841 mm). Poster boards, pushpins and other material needed for posting your poster will be provided by the conference organization.
